SHIPPING + RETURN + EXCHANGE

 

 

DOMESTIC USA

Shipping fees are waived on domestic orders exceeding $75. For domestic orders under $75, we share the cost of shipping with our customers and charge a flat fee of $6.95 per order. Shipments will be received within 5-7 business days upon placement of the order. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, all items purchased domestically can be returned for free or exchanged within 90 days. You can email us at contact@salwapetersen.com to initiate U.S. returns. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original receipt date. Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items. Excessively used products are not eligible for return. You will need to provide the Shopify Order Number, along with the email address that is attached to your Shopify order. Please note that if you bought a bundle, you must return all products to be eligible for a return. All items in the bundle must be new/unopened and gently used.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or given as store credit. New or gently used products are eligible for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns that are made from 31-90 days after purchase are eligible for online store credit valid one year. Any returns made after 90 days of the original shipping date will be viable for store credit only, upon discretion.

CANADA

Shipping fees are waived on Canada orders exceeding 100 CAD. For Canada orders under 150 CAD, we share the cost of shipping with our customers and charge a flat fee of 13.95 CAD per order. Shipments will be received within 5-10 business days upon placement of the order. Please note that taxes are not included in the final purchase price.

Canadian purchases are final sale and returns will not be accepted.

FRANCE

Shipping fees are waived on Metropolitan France orders exceeding 75 EUR. For French orders under 75 EUR, we share the cost of shipping with our customers and charge a flat fee of 5,95 EUR per order for a “point relais” delivery.  You also have the option of Colissimo for 6.95 EUR for delivery at home and 12 EUR for express delivery with Chronopost. Shipments will be received within 2-5 business days upon placement of the order.

EUROPEAN UNION

Shipping fees are waived on select European Union orders exceeding 100 EUR. For EU orders under 100 EUR, we share the cost of shipping with our customers and charge a flat fee of 9.95 EUR per order. Shipments will be received within 5-10 business days upon placement of the order. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, all items purchased in the European Union can be returned or exchanged within 90 days but you must cover shipping, regardless of qualification for free shipping at the time of purchase. You can email us at contact@salwapetersen.com to initiate E.U returns. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original receipt date. Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items. Excessively used products are not eligible for return. You will need to provide the Shopify Order Number, along with the email address that is attached to your Shopify order. Please note that if you bought a bundle, you must return all products in order to be eligible for a return. All items in the bundle must be new/unopened and gently used.
