Hello! Christmas is just in tomorrow.
I cannot believe how time flew by. It has certainly been a very busy month for me and my blog, getting all Christmassy and festive. And here we are, the day before Christmas, and just a week to go before New year’s eve.
I am very happy to share with you a whole vegan gluten free menu with holidays treats that are as delicious as healthy. I hope that even if you are not celebrating Christmas and/or New year’s eve, they inspire you to have a good time by enjoying healthy food that are both nutritious, delicious and really easy to make!

HOLIDAYS MENU
Starter
Vitamins Winter Salad
A delicious mix of winter fruits and vegetables (apple, pear, pomegranate, orange, carrot) over a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, sprinkled with roasted almonds. The salad comes with its mustard, orange and olive oil dressing.
Main
Veggie Lentil 'Steak'
A hearty oven backed lentils steak, served sauted mushroom gravy and a side of roasted colorful vegetables.
Dessert
The Ultimate Christmas Layer Cake
Amazing raw chocolate layer cake, without any processed sugar. Its base is a crunchy biscuit, topped with a cream of cashew and crowned with the most decadent chocolate icing.
Cheese
Dairy Free Pistachios and Sunflower Seeds 'Cheese'
A creamy vegan cheese served with fresh grapes, apples and freshly backed gluten-free bread. it comes with a winter jam with no added sugar.

All drinks are warm, nonalcoholic, caffeine free, processed sugar free and served with a choice of yummiest hazelnut and gingerbread cookies ever!
