Papaya, Apple & Ginger Smoothie
Hello! I wanted to share with you that awesome papaya smoothie I made the other day.
I have had a lifeslong lovestory with papaya. I still remember the great papay tree we had in my childhood house in Benin that would produce every there and now, some tiny but delicious fruits. As I left this tropical heaven, I did not have papaya for many years, and had some again when we traveled to Colombia few years ago.
So, when I wanted to make some delicious smoothie for breakfast, I naturally throught of incorporating some papaya. It was easy, delicious, creamy smoothie perfect for a healthy breakfast option.
1 small papaya
1 small apple
Fresh Ginger to taste (about a full teaspoon)
Mix everything in your blender and enjoy!
