Gingery Green Smoothie
Hello! If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I love my veggies, especially when I take them in the form of a green smoothie! Today, I would like to share with you one of my favorite recipe using only 4 ingredients. It is packed with so much goodness, you and your body will love it. I also love how it helps me with strenghtening my immune system with the changing season at this time of year.
Ingredient for one big glass
A handful of spinach
Ginger (how much depend on how strong you like it!)
A bunch of basil
A small glass of water
Add everything in your blender and mix until smooth. Serve and drink immediately!
