Cinnamon Pumpkin Drink
Hello! I am just realizing that I never shared with you guys my cinnamon pumpkin drink. I even posted it on instagram for Halloween (see the picture below) with of course some mandatory spider web, Jack O'Lantern and some orange and black coffins! It is only two ingredients plus spices and it is incredibly delicious. Before further due, here is this favorite Fall recipe of mine.
Ingredients for 2 mugs
200g of warm pumpkin purée, homemade or storebought
300ml of warm almond milk
1 tea spoon cinnamon
Ginger, anis star & black pepper/ pumpkin spice (Optional)
Mix everything in a powerful blender and voilà, it is ready! If you do not have a blender, you could cook all ingredients for about 10 minutes on low heat by stirring often. I make my own purée by cooking on low heat the pumpkin and then using an immersion blender. But pumpkin is so soft that even if you don't have a blender, a fork should do. Enjoy!
